I am happy to assist you, although additions to your plan will require a quote separate from your current maintenance package. Pricing will depend on your specific requirements.

The main purpose of my maintenance programs is preventative; to minimize the chances of these issues occurring. Having said that, I cannot promise your website will never be hacked or won’t ever experience technical issues at some point. WordPress and its plugins require continual updates that can sometimes cause conflicts with each other.
What I can promise is that I will do everything I can to prevent it. And if something should happen, being part of my program means I will be ready to repair your site or restore it from a backup if necessary.
Although repairs should typically fall within my smallest package 1 hour minimum of time allotted for support, if significant error resolution or technical support is required beyond your package, additional fees will be charged.
Absolutely. I am all about establishing a long-term relationship with you and your website, and would hate to see you go, but I do understand that life happens and will cancel your next invoice. Obviously, payment for any unpaid work will still be required.
